Template and Notification Manager

Template Manager basically monitor and report on potential issues that could affect user experience.

  • Template Manager: This section allows for the creation and management of custom alert templates, which might define how specific alerts are formatted and delivered.
  • Search Bar: This bar allows you to search for specific alerts by keyword or filter based on various criteria.
  • Alerts Table: This table is the core and displays a list of active UXM alerts. Here's a breakdown of the information in each column:
    • Name: The name or identifier assigned to the alert.
    • Assignment: The person or team responsible for investigating the alert
    • Notification: The method used to deliver the alert, likely email or another internal notification system (details hidden).
    • Priority: The severity of the alert, categorized as "High" , "Medium" or “Low”.
    • Initial Status: The status of the alert when it was first triggered.
    • Enabled: Indicates if the alert is currently active and generating notifications
  • Actions: This column allows you to perform actions on specific alerts, such as editing or disabling them.

Notification Manager

This is for managing how UXM alerts are delivered (e.g., email, SMS) . You can create custom notification schemes and see ones targeting specific teams. It helps IT teams ensure they’re informed about potential user experience issues.
